They are carried out with Express courier 24 hours.
For islands and remote areas, delivery times vary from 2 to 3 working days.
The agreed courier is GLS.
After taking charge of the shipment you will receive a text message and/or an email from the courier indicating CUSTOMER PARCEL ID (tracking) and delivery time slot.

RECIPIENT ABSENT
In the event of the recipient being absent at the time of delivery, BRT Corriere Espresso will leave a notice of his/her passing and will then contact our staff to inform them of the stock in their warehouses.
Our Customer Service will contact the courier giving the useful instructions to make a second delivery or to collect the goods on site.
