If a product has a conformity defect that is noticeable on delivery, Italian civil law applies. As a consumer, you are entitled to a free repair or replacement, a price reduction, or cancellation of the contract.
Exchange
Before you order, please double-check that you’ve chosen the right product. Need help? Write to our customer service at info@stmnfitness.com.
If you ordered the wrong item, you can request an exchange within 14 days of delivery by email. Our courier will pick up the original item and deliver the replacement at the same time. You only need to pack the product as for a normal shipment. The exchange service costs €9.00, paid in cash to the courier.
Please note: the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (if any).
How it works:
- Email your request to info@stmnfitness.com
- Wait for confirmation from our customer service
- Pack the item as for a normal shipment
- When the courier arrives, complete the exchange and pay 9,00 Euro
14-day withdrawal
You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
